Prior to Brandon, we were working with a realtor who was doing the bare minimum. He gave me a website linked to his company, and told me to let him know if I saw anything that I liked. First of all I am not form Florida and my wife and i were looking for a property to purchase as an investment / vacation home. We spent an entire 10 hour day looking at properties with Brandon and was able to agree on one late that afternoon.
