My fiance and I are so lucky to have found Brandon! We were first time home buyers, so there was a great deal that we did not know about purchasing a home. Prior to Brandon, we were working with a realtor who was doing the bare minimum. He gave me a website linked to his company, and told me to let him know if I saw anything that I liked. I found a ton of homes that met the criteria for what we were looking for, only for him to send me emails stating that the majority of the homes that were listed as "active" were actually under contract. First of all I am not form Florida and my wife and i were looking for a property to purchase as an investment / vacation home. One of my cousin who resides in Florida recommended Mr. Brandon Schneider to us, indicating that this is the person " to make it happen" as Brandon recently worked on acquiring a home for their daughter. I made contact with Brandon via phone and email, his response was immediate. We both discussed in detail as to what i was looking for, within a couple hours Brandon was able to send info on properties that match prices, location and type. Within a couple days we were able to book flights. We contacted Brandon and indicated to him our interest in coming to view the properties.
